Retrieve the details of a single Control Center alert in your institution by its alertId.

Response nullability: triggeredBy, assignedTo and resolution are always present in the response — when absent they are returned as explicit null rather than omitted from the object.

triggeredBy per alert type:

• TEACHER_DECLINED_EVENT — populated with the teacher who declined the event.
• EVENT_NO_SHOW — always null (the alert is triggered by the absence of the organizer, not by a specific user action).
