Returns the available coaching and safeguarding reports for a session.

Report data is derived from the session's recordings and, when available,
the safeguarding document associated with the session.

Response behavior:

• If the session has no recordings, both coaching and safeguarding are null.
• If recordings exist but no coaching insights are available, coaching is null.
• If no safeguarding document exists for the session, safeguarding is null.
